What happens next

Four steps, and the first two are ours

Conflicts check. Run before we discuss the transaction in detail. If we are conflicted we say so immediately and, where we can, point you elsewhere.
Scope and fee. A fixed number and a delivery date, in writing, within one business day.
Engagement letter. Signed before any work begins. The five-day clock starts when the facts are complete, not when the letter is signed.
Delivery. The memorandum, signed by Italian qualified counsel, plus a call to walk your team through it.

How your details are handled

The short version, in plain terms.

This website stores nothing. The form is validated in your browser and composes a message you send yourself. No enquiry data is transmitted to this site, and there is no form database behind it.

What we do with your email. We use the details you send to run a conflicts check and to reply with scope and fee. That is processing for the purpose of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as needed for conflicts records, then deleted. Engagement files are retained under the retention periods set out in the privacy policy.
