Cookie policy
What is stored on your device when you visit this site, and how to control it.
1The short version
We set no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party marketing pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not share visit data with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and pixels — do comparable things and are covered by this policy where they are used.
2What is actually used
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Set by the platform that hosts this site so that pages load, security is maintained and your consent choice is remembered | Not required — the site cannot work without them |
| Functional | Remembering a preference you have expressed, where the site offers one | Required, and refusable |
| Analytics | Aggregate measurement of which pages are read, used only if and while enabled | Required, and refusable. Nothing is loaded before you agree |
| Advertising | Not used on this site | Not applicable |
The current inventory of cookies actually set, with their names and durations, is available on request at info@bcaun.it. We keep it out of this page deliberately, because a list that is wrong is worse than no list.
3The triage tool and the enquiry form
Neither writes anything to your device. The triage tool computes its result in the page and forgets it when you leave. The enquiry form composes a message you send from your own email account. Neither uses cookies, local storage or session storage, and neither transmits anything to this website.
4Controlling cookies
Where a consent banner is shown you may accept or refuse the non-essential categories, and change that choice later through the same control.
Independently of anything we do, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. Blocking the others has no effect on the content you can read here.
