About BCAUN.IT

Cross-border business support without the ceremony.

BCAUN.IT is a remote-first platform for international founders, freelancers, creators and operating teams working with Italy and Europe. We connect company setup, tax logic, digital administration, banking preparation and market-entry decisions into one practical route.

BCAUN.IT is part of the broader BCA practice focused on international business structuring, cross-border projects and practical implementation for founders and companies working across jurisdictions.

Over the years, the work has moved beyond incorporation alone. A company number is useful, but it is not enough. Real setup also means banking logic, tax exposure, digital access, compliance infrastructure, provider coordination and a structure that can function in ordinary business conditions.

BCAUN.IT was developed as a focused platform for Italy and European-facing work: company formation, Codice Fiscale, Partita IVA, PEC, SPID, digital signature, banking preparation, tax and expat advisory, and market-entry strategy.

The guiding principle is simple: do not build structures that collapse at the first serious administrative question. That question may come from a bank, a tax adviser, a digital portal, a marketplace, a client finance department or a public authority that has apparently chosen character development as its service model.

We work with international founders, remote operators, freelancers, creators, small companies and cross-border teams that need clear routes into Italy and Europe without turning every step into a ceremonial consultation.

Approach

Practical first. Decorative never.

We do not treat incorporation, tax, banking, digital access and market entry as separate islands. In real life, they are connected. Banks ask tax questions. Tax routes depend on residence. Digital access blocks filings. Market entry creates VAT and payment issues. Reality is rude like that.

01 Facts

Start with the operating facts

Founder residence, client geography, activity, payment flows, tax exposure, digital access and banking route shape the right setup.

02 Route

Build a workable route

We focus on what can actually be implemented: documents, providers, filings, portals, banking, tax registration and next steps.

03 Clarity

Keep the structure explainable

A good structure should make sense to banks, advisers, clients, accountants and the founder on a tired Thursday afternoon.

Milestones

A cross-border practice built over time.

The work has evolved from international legal and corporate support into a wider implementation model covering structures, banking, tax, digital administration and market-entry routes.

2010

Foundation of the cross-border practice

Work began around international law, corporate support and cross-border advisory for clients operating beyond a single domestic market.

2016–2019

Expansion into Central Europe

Development of EU-facing work through Central European presence, supporting structures, corporate administration and international clients.

2018–2020

Banking and compliance alignment

Banking preparation, KYC logic and compliance structuring became central to the work, because legal documents without bankability are mostly decorative.

2019–2020

German and EU operating layer

Strengthening of the European framework through Germany-facing work and broader EU corporate, financial and administrative coordination.

2021–2024

Consolidation under the BCA framework

International activities were aligned under a broader BCA operating model focused on cross-border structures, implementation and practical client support.

2023–2025

Expansion beyond Europe

Development of MENA and global jurisdiction work, including company setup, operational platforms, investment-related activity and partner coordination.

2025–2026

Focused Italy and Europe platform

BCAUN.IT was developed as a practical Italy-facing platform for founders, freelancers, creators and cross-border teams needing setup, digital access, tax route and market-entry support.

Experience

Built around implementation, not just advice.

The work covers international corporate architecture, tax and residence logic, banking preparation, digital administration, licensing and market-entry decisions. We prefer practical routes over ceremonial paperwork, a controversial position in some administrative circles.

15+ Years of cross-border advisory and corporate structuring experience.
1,300+ Projects and cases across international markets, structures and operating contexts.
EU Company setup, tax logic, digital access, banking and market-entry support for Europe-facing work.
Remote Remote-first client support designed for founders and teams working across borders.
Contact

Send the case, not just the greeting.

A useful brief includes the country, objective, current status, founder residence, company situation, banking need, tax question, digital access issue or market-entry objective. “Hello” is lovely. A fact pattern is faster.

Start

Need a structure that works outside the PDF?

Send the country, founder residence, activity, expected clients, payment flows, digital access needs and deadline. We will help identify the practical route: setup, advisory, banking, digital services or market entry.
